Francesca (Chess) Knoll

Registered Physiotherapist

Chess graduated from Coventry University, England, with a Bachelor of Sciences in Physiotherapy in 2008. Since then, Chess has worked across a variety of physiotherapy specialties, with a keen focus on orthopaedics and musculoskeletal injuries. She enjoys treating patients for sports performance which has stemmed from her experience working with extremely acute injuries from her time working in emergency and courtside with a local basketball team. Chess has completed her McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course, K-taping courses along with her shoulder and TMJ courses.

Outside of Physio, Chess enjoys long walks with her dog Trigger, hiking and camping with her family, reading (thrillers and mysteries), cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
