Sarah Howarth

Clinic Manager/Physiotherapy Support Staff/Kinesiologist

Sarah graduated from McMaster University in 2004 with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology. Sarah joined the Haldimand Physio team in 2011 and is now involved in several roles on the team. Sarah was involved in competitive figure skating, track and field, baseball and basketball as a young girl and sports have always been a very prominent part of her life. This passion for sports initiated her interest in injury and rehabilitation and helped to pave the way for a career in the Physiotherapy field.

Outside of work, Sarah continues to enjoy sports including watching her two daughters play competitive hockey. She also enjoys being outdoors, camping and spending time with her husband and daughters caring for animals on their small hobby farm.
