
Catherine Rastin
Registered Physiotherapist, Registered Pelvic Physiotherapist
Catherine (she/her) graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. Before pursuing her Master’s degree, she worked as a Registered Kinesiologist, where she had the opportunity to support individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis through the GLA:D program and teach virtual exercise classes for older adults.
Catherine then earned her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. She has a clinical interest in reproductive and pelvic health and is passionate about advocating for underserved populations and gender equality in healthcare. Catherine currently serves as the Advocacy Lead for the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys staying active through volleyball, weightlifting, and hiking. She also loves reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her cat, Purrscilla.
